This Privacy Policy describes how the production of The Zim ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit this website (the-zim.pages.dev and any associated subdomains, collectively the "Site").
The Site is a promotional showcase. We do not run user accounts, sign-ups, or commerce here. Our goal is to collect as little data as possible while still operating the Site reliably and securely.

When you visit the Site, our hosting and content delivery providers (Cloudflare) automatically log technical data necessary to deliver the Site, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems. This typically includes:

- Approximate geographic region inferred from IP

- Google Fonts — webfonts are loaded from Google's servers when you load a page. Your IP and user-agent may be logged by Google for the purpose of delivering the font files.
These providers process technical request data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own policies. We do not share additional information with them.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our rights, or to protect against fraud or abuse.
6. Retention
Server logs are retained for the periods set by our hosting provider, typically a small number of days, and then discarded or anonymized. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to address the matter and meet our records-retention obligations.

The Site is served over HTTPS. We rely on Cloudflare's industry-standard security controls. No system can be made perfectly secure; if you become aware of a vulnerability, please contact us.
8. Children
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
